The Kerames coast and terraces above Preveli

East of
Prevelis

The charm of this coast is that all three houses share the same view but change the feeling of the day.

Chryssa and Faye sit higher, open to the bay. Anatolika stays lower, closer to the water and quieter in its rhythm.

The three houses

01

Chryssa Upper maisonette with a private pool and open bay views.

02

Faye Pool maisonette with a softer, more sheltered feel.

03

Anatolika Lower cottage for privacy and a closer tie to the water.

Chryssa pool maisonette

Chryssa

105 sqm · Two bedrooms · Private pool

Higher ground on the terraces with the widest view of the bay.

Faye pool maisonette

Faye

105 sqm · Two bedrooms · Private pool

Same position as Chryssa with a gentler, more sheltered terrace rhythm.

Anatolika lower cottage

Anatolika

50 sqm · Two bedrooms · 20m from shore

The lowest house on the land, closer to the water and quieter in feel.

Shared living room opening to terrace light

The day begins with the light across the Libyan Sea. Mornings are slow — coffee on the terrace, the bay opening below. By midday the choice is the pool, the shore, or a drive into the gorge. Evenings return to the terrace with the light fading west.

Each house gives a different frame for the same coast. Chryssa and Faye look out from the high terraces. Anatolika sits low, the water audible from the door.

Private pools

Chryssa and Faye each have their own pool on the terrace.

Bay views

The Libyan Sea runs the length of the terrace horizon.

Two bedrooms

Each house sleeps up to four across two bedrooms.

Privacy

The houses sit apart from each other on the same stretch of coast.

Terrace living

Outdoor space is the centre of each house — meals, rest, and the view.

Near Preveli

The lagoon, monastery, and south-coast beaches are a short drive.
